Hearts, signatures and friends
What visitors can do on your page: heart it, sign it, message you, see your friends and when you were last on yumu.
Where: Studio → visitors
Turn on any of hearts, sign and message in Studio → visitors and your page gets a row under the bio with them and your views. They’re off until you turn them on, so a page you built by hand never changes on its own. It works on every layout, in that layout’s own style, and all of it is free.
- Hearts: anyone can leave one heart, signed in or not. Tapping again takes it back. You get one notification an hour that sums them up.
- Signatures: people with an account sign your page with one line (up to 80 characters). Nothing shows until you approve it. You can pin three, hide one, or block the person. On your own page the sign button opens your queue.
- Message: a button you turn on. It only shows to people your DM settings let message you (Settings → who can message you), so it always works.
- Friends row: pick up to 8 people who follow you back. Their faces show with a dot when they’re on yumu; a tap opens each of their pages.
- Seen on yumu: “on yumu now” or “seen 12m ago” under your name. It never shows while you appear offline, and it hides after two weeks away.
